Darker shade or strongerI think the original color is better for me. Everyone complimented me on it but no one liked the darker. I do like the darker for the fall/ winter months since other went gray faster. I wish your product lasted longer than 2 weeks than it fades. I don't wash my hair for 2 days to make it last . I just tried the tint today an will see how it works over the next few weeks not sure this is the same as the highlight kit.? Love the conditioner which I will order some next shipment. Better colorColor was exactly as I wanted . Rated 3 stars due to having too many steps in the process of coloring . First roots, then ends, then top off leftover color with water and massage etc.. way too messy in the shower and time consuming . 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Lovely colour but it was to darkThe whole experience was very nice. The delivery came promptly with lovely personalised box. The colour was nice but was to dark and not enough for my shoulder length hair. I specifically requested one tone darker and got 2. Also the blonde blend used turned my hair with orange undertone. Its been 2 weeks since colour and it has washed a bit to quickly showing my grey hairs. But to be fair I do have stubborn greys. I was blonde 8.3 and went down to 6. ConfusingHaving to color my hair in two parts was a bit intimidating. I followed the directions to the T but not sure if, one, I followed it correctly because the color came out not like I was expecting, OR two, the custom color set was just not for me to begin with. The purple stuff at the end before taking a shower was not easy to mix at all and I felt I needed to do it in a certain time so I felt a little anxious! Then to mix it in my hair was not easy either. It felt really thick and I know I probably didn't leave it in there the amount of time it said. At least I didn't ruin my hair. The color that I really wanted was a dark chocolate all over look. AverageGreat instruction packaging and over all friendly to use set up. However for my type of hair and also probably due to the fact it is not virgin hair I did not feel a great difference in color quality in comparison to box die. Hair become very damaged and brittle within a couple of weeks. As I have semi course curly hair. I ensure to give my hair all the extra TLC like it’s my second job and this has absolutely hindered any of my usual repair techniques (weekly masks less frequent washing gentle shampoo conditioner protein treatment as well as hot oil treatments monthly). I was surprised to receive a second box and unless I can find a friend who is adventurous enough to try it- I will not be putting it to use mostly likely until my next breakup.
