DissatisfiedStill not happy with colour even after applying the ash tone, as previously discussed,my overall aim was to gradually become lighter and I'm now darker total opposite of what I've been wanting to achieve, I've actually went backwards, So unhappy and very disappointed!! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. AwfulThe last 2 color kits have turned my roots reddish not darkest brown. I am really unsatisfied with the degradation of this product after using eSalon for many, many years.
