Just the color I wanted!This is my second shipment. The first box of color was good, but very similar to my natural color. Happy with productI have used it 3 times and found both the product and the instructions work well. They are responsive when i ask for a delay in mixing/sending the hair color and the packaging is really beautiful. In fact I look for ways to reuse the bags and boxes. When COVID-19 concerns keeps you from going out, little things like luxury packaging are suddenly meaningful. No more Grays! No more Brassy tonesI have used this for 3 colorings so far. My friends can't believe I'm not going to a salon for my coloring. The first try didn't take away the grays so I was given the advice to leave on for 50 mins rather than 30 and it works.
