Never going back to LorealI got my first kit and loved the two color method. It was easy to do and came with complete instructions and tools. Happy with my color and the customer service I received.This is my third package from eSalon. I was not pleased with the adjustment made in my second color, and the colorists were great about fixing the issue. Great color/grays came through pretty quickly.I LOVE the color, it's a perfect subtle violet tone. Maybe a little less red in the base for the next one because my hair naturally pulls red and goes red while fading.
