Such great colour!I am thrilled with how my hair looks after using my Esalon hair colour! I made a mistake my last colouring and went too dark. I had no idea how to fix this. The colour experts at eSalon worked out exactly what I needed to do to get to the colour I wanted. It would have cost me well over $300 to have the colour fixed at an in person salon. eSalon was very affordable for high quality product. I am so happy and grateful! Love the color!Before I rinsed it out it looked dark but once I blow dried my hair, I LOVED the color! So beautiful! Nice and lighter with a red tint just how I wanted it! Perfect job guys! Product and Process Exceeded ExpectationsUnlike other competitive services, Esalon provided me with one on one color consultation based on pictures I sent in, and by requesting more detail about what my preferred color outcome would be. Since this is the first time I have used their products, I completely understood that we may need to tweak a little here or there for next time. The only thing I would change, is a little more support for grays at the temples and hairline around the forehead. And finally, the packaging, detailed, customized instructions and tools you need to apply your color are unlike anything I've seen, outside of going to the salon. Rick color, but darkCovers grays and included plenty of product but color was darker then it had been. Requested more dimension with caramel etc., but color seemed uniform and a bit darker. Crap color for too much moneyI tried this brand three separate times. Three. And ever single time the product either didn’t come out dark at all or didn’t even stick to my hair. I followed the instructions to a T. And nothing. They also refused to refund me even after I insisted multiple times.
