The color is perfectI have used store brought coloring for years and it was always a chance at what color that box would bring. This is my first time using the Custom Color and for once I got the color I asked for. The color seems to be holding well so far. It was easy to use and did not seem to have a huge smell compared to the store coloring set. The instructions were easy to follow. The product did not seem to dry my hair out (I did purchase the Color care and Condition duo, which probably helped also) Have gotten good comments from others at how nice and healthy my hair looks. Love it! 😍I am absolutely in love with this colour. The dark mahogany brown is amazing! I have been using box hair dyes during lockdown and they have left my hair feeling dry and looking, meh 😕 But my esalon customised dye was perfect 👌🏻 Such a gorgeous colour, it had the lovely yummy warm red tones that I really wanted and left my hair feeling soft and sooo pretty. the after dye kit is brilliant. The dye is really easy to apply with the brush, but I am not the most skilled at applying hair dye and I did get manage to get on my chin and arms 😅 but the hair dye remover included in the kit sorted that out in seconds. I am so happy with my first esalon experience and will definitely be ordering again and again and again! custom color betterfirst time I purchase a custom hair color! I usually buy off the shelf,higher end hair color from target...I'm very satisfied with this one! the customization is excellent...instructions easy to follow,l like the lil sticker to pin up instructions as u color...my hair felt and looked better after coloring...color is terrific! LOVE LOVE LOVEA little red-toned for my liking, but I love it nevertheless. I love the color! I love that it's not too dark, but just dark enough. It covers the previous red, that I had, well. The color team was perfectly kind and amazingly understandable. They didn't talk down to me, but put what they were asking in a nice, easy to understand way. Very disappointedI followed the directions. I mentioned that I have some gray hair. This color was put on a few weeks ago. The minutes I rinsed it out I could still see all the gray hair. After I blow dried my hair, it looked darker except for all the grays. 3 weeks later the darker color is completely faded. I only wash every 2-3 days. I am so disappointed, A waste of my money. Color was not as described. Received the 2nd color shipment. I added more comments and discussed my concerns about the 1st shipment. Well, I'm officially done. Wrong ColorI wanted a light brown to match my natural hair color but it came out next to black. My roots are very light for some reason and now overall it looks extremely patchy. Would put zero if i couldOrdered my colour different colour arrived but thought 8 would try it. Vibrant red well I now have purple hair. Contacted the colourist who.insists I ordered this colour so should be vibrant red but it is purple and they don't give a damn. I now for the next 24 weeks have purple and pink hair as the gray coloured pink.
