If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. ImpressedI wanted to go back to my natural red hair after bleaching blonde. I really thought it would be a disaster but it is just fabulous. Looks very natural. I sent photos of my hair and they advised a demi permanent with a tint rinse pre treatment. I found the customer care service excellent and they were quick with their responses. The demi permenant doesn't take long and my hair feels soft afterwards and in good condition. Amazing Results!Really happy with the results. The colourist Sarah communicated very well with what I wanted and was really helpful as well. The package came with so many little details, from extra gloves, to stain remover wipes, shampoos/conditioner and the brush for dying the hair! Really recommend it! Good Hair Color!I gave it 4 stars because my hair came out good, except for some of the grey spots were not covered by this formula. I like the color and the texture, but please add something else to cover my grey hairs in the front and sides. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love the Color, Not the DripsLast two shipments have been very drippy during application. I went with a drug store brand last time I colored my hair and the process was much more favorable because there were no drips. I have to cover my bathroom walls with plastic when I use eSalon color, but drips tend to be found on the tile on the shower curtain and on my skin. I like not having to go to a hair salon or making a trip to the drug store, but I can’t deal with a drippy, watery formular. This is my second try with eSalon coloring and my last. The first time I ordered, after the initial order, the color formular shipped was drippy and I canceled future shipments. Turned My Hair OrangeMy hair hair is currently orange instead of the shade of medium blonde it was supposed to be. It also fried my hair. It’s frizzy now. I warned my colorist that I had had bad experiences in the past and that I pulled orange. I am now going to have to pay over $100 that I did not have in my budget to get my professional hairstylist to fix it. You might as well spend the five dollars on the drug store box dye to make your hair look bad. Also, my roots are lighter and redder than the rest of my hair, which looks weird. I will say, though, that the marketing was fantastic and that the colorist did reach out to me in the beginning with a few questions. So I appreciated that I was actually talking to someone.
