Best color experienceI was hesitant to go with the colorists recommendation bc I’ve colored my own hair forever and get like I knew what I wanted. Color was not lightened as stated in emailI put in request to change my current color as I wish to go lighter. The email response was Esalon would lighten my current as much as possible and recommended a color lightening set along with my color. I added the lightening set and continued to check the color change on my regular color. Unfortunately until after it shipped was I able to see the adjustments and nothing was adjusted. BEWARE AS THEY PUT YOU ON AUTO REORDERI only wanted to try and see if I could color my own hair. The color was way too dark.
