Love the color and shineI love the color that was prepared for me. The hair wasn’t dry after the application either. I took one star off because there was strong chemical smell while I was mixing the color. Still a nice colour but not quite as amazing as last timeApplied according to instructions but unfortunately my roots are noticeably more coppery that rest of hair. Still a lovely colour but annoying as the last batch had evened my hair out, so a bit disappointed. I can only assume that the 30 mins on roots, 3’mins on rest of hair timing is a bit out. Pas du tout ce que j'avais commandéLa couleur ne correspond pas du tout a ce que je voulais .J'étais blonde je me retrouve châtain foncé. Je suis complètement déçue du résultat surtout que j'avais envoyé des photos de la couleur que j'avais et que j'avais demandé plus claire et au final je me retrouve deux fois plus foncé.
