Love!I really like the easiness of doing your own hair at home, and for a price that is totally affordable!! When I received my kit, I was a little skeptical of the color just because of how much copper it had in it, but I have to say, I absolutely LOVE the color! My sister and husband say it all the time that they love it as well! Another thing I appreciate, is the supplies and tools the kit comes with... 2 sets of gloves (one for applying and the other for washing), the stain remover, the anti-stain gel, and the comb. Just great results!I was a little hesitant to try an online subscription, but I have to admit that I've been pleasantly surprised with it. Although I could not get a color as light as my hair was, I am VERY happy with the color that was made for me. It is a little darker hue and I have gotten so many compliments on it. It's a light, golden brown and I love it. The process is extremely easy. I love that it comes with everything you need right in the box! I am going on my 4th shipment & I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something better. The texture of my hair has improved a bit since I stopped using store-bought dyes. More difficult with long, thick hairI have shoulder-length and very thick hair so it’s difficult for me to section my hair and color all the grey roots. This time I found one whole area at my crown that I completely missed! However, the color is excellent and not “flat”. The price is definitely right. Major hair lossTook me a few months to tie it to this but it caused significant hair loss. I have canceled my subscription. I’ve used drug store brands for 20 years and never had hair loss like this. This week, I only have my normal amount of hair loss in the shower so it was definitely this product. Tried the tint rinse and it was worse! Hate itI originally had blond hair and i told the salon specialists that my hair has alot of red in it when i color it at first i dont like it orange!! I ordered a pearl blonde and the picture was close to my color...but the color i got was an orange color!
