Major hair lossTook me a few months to tie it to this but it caused significant hair loss. I have canceled my subscription. I’ve used drug store brands for 20 years and never had hair loss like this. This week, I only have my normal amount of hair loss in the shower so it was definitely this product. Tried the tint rinse and it was worse! Hate itI originally had blond hair and i told the salon specialists that my hair has alot of red in it when i color it at first i dont like it orange!! I ordered a pearl blonde and the picture was close to my color...but the color i got was an orange color! Good colorI like the color, however can’t give it all 5 stars as it does not always get those stubborn grays in front of hairline in time allotted in the instructions. Loved itIt was darker than what I expected darker than my natural color but I actually was pleasantly surprised everyone else commented also how great the color change looked on me! I think it was a shock for myself as well to go from almost a platinum blonde on my ends and overall light color to this dark color with nice warm touches of red. Also liked how detailed everything' was and explanations I got for how to the process would work when from from bleached hair to brown. Thank you so much! 22 of 24 people found this review helpful.
