ComplaintLove the hair colour, but I have twice cancelled the extra two items and you still keep sending them and worse still, charging me. Problem with the color containerI’ve never had a problem like this before, the container containing the color was the hardest thing I’ve ever had problem unscrewing. My husband tried it and I tried and it won’t budge. We did everything we can think of but it still wouldn’t open. I had no choice but to cut a hole under the container and dispensed it upside down. I was frustrated! I have photos if you need it. I’ve been a customer for awhile and never encountered this issue. Otherwise, I am very happy with the color, timing of delivery and the service.
