Doesn’t cover my grayI have left the dye on my hair the length of time instructed in the directions included in my box and it still does not cover my grays. The only reason I keep using it is because this product does not damage my hair like the drug store or Sally’s hair dye. That’s why I stick with it. Not AgainAfter 5 years of being a satisfied customer, I’m closing my account. Out of the blue my color was changed from golden auburn to hideous orange. Replacement color wasn’t much better. Did nothing except to dry out my hairI really wanted to love this product, especially as I hoped it'd be an alternative to going to the salon (which I'm trying to avoid during the pandemic). Unfortunately, the color did nothing to cover my gray roots. And as an extra bonus, it completely dried out my hair, which now feels like straw :-( The only 'pros' I can offer is the reasonable price and the attractive packaging. Other than that, this was a total waste of time and $. I guess what they say is true: you get what you pay for, which is why salon color is the way to go. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not thrilledI ordered a medium blonde and am happy with the color but disappointed in the gray coverage. The dye has a very strong ammonia odor - stronger than salon and other mail order brands I have tried - so I was reluctant to let it process for longer than the recommended 20 minutes. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
