Excellent!I have used the prduct first time. I was nervous to try something new. I had an excellent experience with products. I got a very good results after coloring. Honestly, I have wasted so much money coloring my hair in salon but I have done hair coloring at home this time with good results. I recommend esalon to all. Very good. Wonderful serviceI love the e-salon color experts and the way they respond to my needs. My hair color is perfect. I was noticing I needed a little more red and all I had to do was reach out. Not consistent over timeI had a pretty annoying experience that my last color made my roots a visibly different color - you could even see the line same as when my roots grown in -just a different color red. This is after I had been using eSalon color with no changes for a while, so it was especially upsetting not to have a consistent experience. The response from customer service was pretty blah too - yeah, your color hasn't changed, and will be the same next time. No acknowledgement that something clearly happened in the quality control area - I didn't really feel they wanted me to continue as a customer with a response that was short and had a feeling of dismissing me. I've colored my own hair off and on for years, and I have liked eSalon, but it's annoying to feel like I can't trust the same color to be mixed every time. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
