Orange brassy burntThis was the most upsetting experience I've ever had with dye. Looks nothing like the picture I sent. NO grey coverage. No change to current colorI was very excited to try this product, however it was quite disappointing. I sent in multiple pictures and gave a description of exactly what I wanted. Everything seemed right when I received my box as well. I followed the directions completely but unfortunately the color came out almost identical to my current color. There was almost no change at all other than a very faint tint of what I wanted. I was in the hopes of going from a light/medium golden brown to a rich auburn shade and unfortunately did not get that. I will say the quality and convenience of this product is amazing but the whole reason I tried it was to get a perfect color match and sadly did not. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Perfect alternative to the salonI've been using eSalon for about 6 months now and I'm really happy with it. I wanted to colour my hair, but I can't always justify salon prices, but I didn't want to destroy my hair with box dye, either. This is a great in-between. All of the salon quality for half the price.
