Love the kit!Have to start by saying the kit is so perfect. Instructions very easy to follow. The color was honestly almost perfect. Feel like I might like the next one a bit darker and maybe some highlights would be great. This color left my hair so soft and manageable. What went wrong?5 stars for ease to use, 1 star for the color. Hello. I ordered Ash Blond permanent color bundle through QVC promotion. This was the first time ordering color on-line, not using my stilist. I followed instructions provided. However, the color is all wrong. My virgin (not highlighted) hair is naturally a dirty blond with 15% gray color; after applying eSalon color mixture, I ended with strawberry blond with orange undertone. 2days later I washed my hair with shampoo for blond hair hoping it will neutralize the orange, but it did nothing to correct it. What am I supposed to do now?
