Great customer service but not happy with productI follow all of the directions perfectly and I still do not have full grey coverage. Then after 2 weeks my hair looks brassy and orangish. No lift whatsoeverI actually changed the color so that it would be lighter, however there was no lift and within 2 weeks the color washed out out of the grey, and the full 2” grey roots came back. I don’t have a lot of grey, but certain spots have a few strands that you can see when parted a certain way etc..this was my last attempt here. Didn't cover my grey rootsHi, I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed. I previously used Madison Reed and loved it. I will be sticking with them as it works much better for me. Going for a dark strawberry blonde or light auburn and ended up with pink hair.I really was hopeful about this option during COVID-19 as I am immunocompromised and cannot go into my normal salon. Absolutely the best.It wasn’t until lockdown in March that I needed a product to colour my hair that suited my skin tone and after googling upteem sites I discovered eSalon. Great colour!I’m very pleased with my colour. I hate colouring my hair but this kit made it as easy as it could be. The instructions were clear and the result is even better than what I used to get in a salon. There was no extra colour deposit on my scalp, the colour was shiny and bright right away.
