Different than the other optionsI started with a different autoship hair color during the winter of last year (pre-corona). My hair dresser had gone away to Ireland for 3 months. Not long after she returned we were struck with quaratine here in the states. So I have been doing this for a while. She is still a very dear friend and I have seen her several times since her return and quaratine has loosened although she hasn't done my hair. Last time she said, "are you still using the same color that you were" I said "no I changed. They only had certain colors to choose from and I just couldn't find one I liked, one was too dark and the next closet seemed too light. But I think this one may not be just right either but it is custom and can be adjusted (and had planned to ask her opinion on what to tell them I needed to have it adjusted correctly)" but her reply was "no this one looks great, then she said " I am sorry but that other didn't. I can see the places in your hair where the color was wrong." So no adjustment needed even though I was still a little leary and nervous that it wasn't 'right' she confirmed that it did in fact look good. Like the productI like the product but I am still struggling to find the correct color. I have worked with 3 different hair colorists but the color is still not exactly what I want.
