Disappointed expectationsI was not convinced, I almost poisoned with the strong smell of ammonia that the product gives off. I had to open the window completely in the middle of winter to be able to finish applying the color to my hair because I was not breathing. I asked for a certain color to change my natural color and I got a different one from the one requested, darker and not at all corresponding to my request (I wanted an ash blonde without reddish reflections). Didn't work like it normally doesthis is my 3rd shipment of hair product and sadly this time was a fail for me. i have dark brown hair and bright white roots. this time it turned my roots a yellowish color and even at that the gray was back in 2 weeks.
