I like my Color & Product but terrible Customer ServicesFinally I got the color I have been calling for. The hair color stylist there should be fired! Each time I call she tells me what my real hair color is and will not change the color and what happens to my hair if i lighten it. She is horrible and I want to change to someone else. At this point I am considering closing my account due to customer services and poor delivery of the item. I got my hair color kit in the mail so late and I had to call to find out why it has not been delivered this month. It finally came very late. Great ColorI loved this home hair color system was so thorough and easy to follow. It made my experience so easy and a lot less nerve wracking!! The instructions were thoughtfully written out and my first attempt was a success. I cannot wait to have another go.
