Wanted to love itUsed it for the first time and I’m not impressed. It blended ok with my old color, but the color lacked depth and didn’t cover my grays particularly well. I have been using Madison Reed and was hoping to like eSalon because of the additional color choices. Directions & Kit & Color & Convenience beats Sally’s BeautyBefore the pandemic I had my hair colored at a salon but I’m not a stranger to box dyes and purchasing individual products at Sallys to color my hair. This kit is next best alternative to going to get your hair colored at a salon. A specialist mixed the color I wanted and it’s darn close to what I was hoping for. AmazingI began using e-salon during the pandemic with the expectation that it would be a temporary solution until it became more safe to return to the salon. The first application was ok, but I emailed the stylist with pictures and requested changes. She nailed it!!! Every application I have had since has been absolutely perfect. I have received a bazillion compliments on social media (Im still not going very many places), and from the friends and family I have seen. Very happy with the product!I couldn't be more pleased with eSalon so far. The product is great, communication is excellent, and even the customer service has been so impressive. My stylist has created a great color for me. I colored my hair at salons for years and I've also used plenty of box dye as well. This is the best of both worlds and I really can't complain. Love this productI was so fearful of coloring my hair myself. This product is great and you guys have been very helpful and supportive with teaching me how to do it just right.
