Ends and root colors DO NOT MATCH!!Sadly this has been an ongoing problem in the past despite my notes to my colorist, even after adjustments. My roots are dark and my ends are bright bright bright orange. I would like to think I can provide my results and pictures and trust that the colorist is making adjustments correctly. That does not seem to be the case and it’s getting worse. I truly love the idea of managing my own hair color and touch ups rather than going to a salon but I’m at my wits end. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
