Great customer service!I have been really impressed with both the initial customer service and speed of delivery. When I wasn’t completely happy with my colour change they were extremely quick to reply, offer professional advice and rectify colour! New Manufacturer of E-salon color is Horrible!.Unfortunately the new manufacturing process of Esalon color is no longer the same, my October 2020 order for Demi-Permanent color was not the same color, nor smell (much stronger chemical), texture very different (thicker so thick it barely covered my roots for touch up correctly on my longer hair), product changed my color and it had more chemicals in it which does not do well on fine hair and it dried my hair follicle so bad it was frizzy/nappy. My mom is a retired cosmetologist and still knows about the beauty industry and she noticed it right away when she was applying to my hair. It was so dry n frizzy we did a deep moisturizing treatment 3 days after color to calm the hair follicle. I don't know why they decided to change manufacture but its horrible and the company needs to go back to the orginal manufacturer because this is a wonderful company n concept! This is still a fantastic company to deal with but I had some issues with orders since October 2019 but they corrected professionally :-) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

BlahThis color is a dull mousy brown with a terrible golden/brassy undertone. I thought I had canceled all future orders, until they took the money out of my account this morning. For the LOVE OF GOD, please do not send me that awful color again! I wanted a deep rich color, not this orangey brownish color.
