Lucky lockdown findOnly found this company when searching to buy my usual colour online was proving a problem. I won't be going back to shop bought colours. First time user. Very happyI was hesitant about it but my hairstylist moved so I had to do something and my wife got me this as a trial substitute and I must say they really did a great job on the color and the application was very easy. Excellent customer service too, the colorist was there for any question. The only thing I would recommend to the eSalon team is the shipping, this box went from El Segundo to Carson! to Los Angeles! Custom Color SeteSalon does a great job of matching a hair color that is so much better than any boxed one you can buy at the store. This is an almost perfect solution during this time of social distancing. I don't particularly like coloring my hair, but this product does work wonders for a do-it-your selfer. I love the shampoo and conditioner that comes in the box too.
