DisappointedI used my color for the first time 3 days ago. Below are the positives and negatives I encountered. Positives... Love the final color Covered the roots well Blended well Easy to use Negatives... DID NOT cover the white hairs at the temple 2 of 4 of the gloves were torn and unusable. The scent of the shampoo and conditioner left an unpleasant chemical smell on my hair. If you have any advice to improve the white hair coverage, I would appreciate it. Ehhhh noI asked for a copper red color because I wanted to go back to my natural hair color. Nope first box it was half an amazing red half ash greenish blonde. Box to correct it all it’s brown. Spots of reddish hair but brown. Copper is what I asked for!! Seriously though I kept saying I wanted red hair but nope it’s brown. Really not sure if I’m going to keep this company because I’m not going to get what I from it when I can go to the store or even amazon and get closer to what I want than this. And considering when I was talking to someone through email they told me that hair dye doesn’t lift color I’m not sure I want to stick with them not knowing that is literally what hair dye does. good overall but not so good on grey around face.I really liked the color but it didn't color my grey around my face. I treated the grey longer than instructed but that still didn't work. My 5th time usingFor over 20 years I have gone to salons for color and highlights. I never did color my own hair. Since COVID I fear salons. I decided to try it after hearing a few co-workers recommendations. I was scared to death; I tried it and LOVE the product and ease of use. It comes w terrific instructions. I had heard the commercials, but never needed the product before the COVID19 quarantine. I just fired my Seattle colorist. Sadly.I am so impressed w this color. I was going to touch up the roots, per the coloring instructions, but decided to go full head w the custom color. I am so glad I did. Love it. Update, 1/17/21: It's been nearly a year of using eSalon color, and I am still so happy. I had a recent color change, and it was perfect.
