Disappointing!I ordered the bright copper and was excited regarding the product as it had good reviews in comparison to shop box dies. The packaging and content was great, nicely packaged and cute little shampoos and conditioner and even a stain remover and guard. The product in itself was bang average. I have a lot of grey to cover which i noted on ordering. The colour didn't even last 4 washes on my roots and they grey came back through very quickly leaving me with a glarey root and darker ends. Love love ESalon.I’ve been a customer for five years now I think. I only have incredible things to say about not only the products, but the people working there. I recently had an issue and the customer service I received was amazing. My colorist went out of her way to help me and I just can’t say thank you enough. I will never buy hair color anywhere again. I have been coloring my hair for probably 36 or so years now. I worked in a salon at one point doing color and I’m just so impressed with this company. My new color formulation was perfect, because I was changing my color. They even sent me a double amount because I have long hair, it was just such an amazing experience. Thank you E Salon for being so amazing and taking such good care of me. No wonder you’re voted top of the line each year in the awards. Super conseil !J’ai trop peu de temps pour moi et quand enfin j’ai un créneau et la motivation, je pense a appliquer la couleur que l’on ma crée il y a 2 mois sur mesure, avec un vrai conseil expert derrière ma commande. C’est a dire que j’avais selectionné une teinte plus foncee, mais de par ma couleur naturelle initiale, j’ai reçu un mail dun expert me Conseillant d’y aller plus tranquillement. J’aurais pu ne pas considérer ce message et poursuivre sur ma premiere volonte. Mais j’ai suivi les recommendations, en validant la teinte qu’ils preferaient pour moi. J’ai enfin appliquee ma couleur aujourd’hui. Je salue l’expertise et le sérieux de ce site et de ses professionnels. Le rendu est impeccable et ils avaient raison, il faut y aller petit a petit. J’ai beaucoup aimé le coffret personnalise et le choix d’application. J’ai opte par le melange dans le bol (j’ai pris un bol ceramique) avec application au pinceau. Double paire de gant, et de qualité,un vrai plus comparé au couleurs en boite du super marche . Les shampooing et soins sont agréable aussi. Le faire soit meme est un reel temps de concentration et s’appliqué est essentiel, avec ce produit j’ai pris un vrai plaisir notamment lors du rincage. D’habitude les cheveux sont secs et difficiles à rincer. Là j’ai senti la qualité du produit a l’application, au rincage, j’ai laisse secher naturellement puis ai fini au seche Cheveux pour la mise en forme. Vraiment très bien je recommande. A voir sur les prochains shampooing (pour moi c’est tous les 2/3 jours ) , j’espère tenir la couleur 3 semaines 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
