Last Color MailedI was very surprised to get it because I didn’t remember paying for it. I’m in transition of moving into a new place and starting a new job so if I am listed as a reoccurring payment, could you please put it on pause. Saying that I assumed the color was the color. I thought I had picked, but once I put it on, it was more in the red tones and this type of red tone I’m not fond of. I recently found online a color that’s in the pinkish family because my complexion and my eyes fit the red/pink family, but I’m still in the process of figuring out which one fits me the best that I can make a permanent ongoing color moving forward. Saying that you guys don’t have this color on your site. But your product is amazing and everything that you do for new people that are coloring their hair at home is amazing. Drying and copperyThis color dried out my hair a ton. For a dark blonde/natural golden it came out very coppery and uneven on my hair. I’ve colored at home before with other brands and have never had such uneven coverage. . 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Unsatisfactory resultsI spoke to a colorist and sent a photo of my hair and asked for an ash brown color to remove all the red tones from my medium brown/red hair.
