I’ll never go back to the salon.I couldn’t be more pleased with my hair coloring routine now that I have been using esalon for about a year. My color kit comes in a pretty box that has my name on the instructions. Everything I need is there and if I have any questions I use the helpful videos that are found on the website. I have found that by taking the time to do this at home it has inspired me to pamper my hair more and spend alittle extra time for me, which in my world often gets neglected. excellent.The customer service is top notch. With my last color application, my hair came little darker than I wanted. The colorist made some adjustments to my next order along with different application instructions. The tweaks made all the difference. Prior to COVID I only had my hair professionally colored.
