You will not be disappointedI cannot speak highly enough about my experience from start to finish with eSalon. From the initial quiz which allows them to get to know me and my hair to the packaging and quality of the product. Really impressedMy 16 year old daughter managed to use this dye as ‘highlights’ to cover stray greys and we’re both really impressed with the results. I wish I’d got her to do more! Did not Like the color. When I submitted for correction, continues to get same.I only used the very first color set, no follow up as to whether or not I was satisfied with the color with confirmation before being billed and autoshipped proceeding deliveries. When I was able to log back in, I was hoping for a color correction as promised; I now have 3 boxes of color product I will never use because there was never an updated color sent as requested.
