Good hair colorI like the color. A little difficult to follow instructions to color the roots when my hair is very thick and in many layers. End result is good, though. 2nd timeWell the 1st color I received did an amazing job. Great color easy instructions. This 2nd order again easy instructions, but the color didn't seem to "stick" as well. The gray areas were lighter and after a few weeks I need to color again...will try again but hope for better results. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Very brassyAfter 3 attempts and multiple promises from “stylists” I’m still left with brassy orange hair... I noted at the very first attempt that I DO NOT want any orange/brassy colors even after sending a picture of my natural hair color I was assured that my chosen color wouldn’t be brassy... Unfortunately that was not the case, so I ordered another and communicated with the so called stylist which recommended I purchase the light color set highlights as well, so I did and I still received super brassy color with bright highlights *sigh* upon requesting to cancel they offered me a free color and was assured again that if I chose a bit darker color I would eliminate the brassy color, so I did and I STILL HAVE BRASSY/ORANGE BLONDE HAIR! Not happy with hair colorI was and am not happy with color. I turned off my auto ship and my account. The color was nothing like the picture it was darker than picture the red cast and gray came back about 2 weeks later. Great grey coverCovered grey very well... But it was color is too red! Lighter shade of strawberry needed my hair is blonde with red not red with blonde. Golden blonde is too pale not enough red... have had much difficulty getting correct color to match my hair. It is not pink. Not red. But blonde with red... often mistaken for red head in sunlight but definitely strawberry blonde... light. Maybe try again to match color. Just a shade lighter red than you sent this past time...
