Amazing!I have box dyed my hair in home for over 13 years now. Almost every time my hair turns yellow/orange/red! It not uncommon for me to dye it multiple times in one week just trying to fix it. I'm lucky I have hair left. I decided to try this company after watching a YouTube video. I followed the directions and my hair turned out PERFECT! I'm so happy! Dark blond to medium ash blonde. Great ProductAbsolutely adore this product. I had a phone call from an hair advisor at esalon, which was appreciated. I chose a dark blonde ro touch up my roots. I amnso impressed. My hair looks fabulous and was easy to do witht the follow guide. Was very impressed. I will definitely continue to use these excellent products. I think I may choose a highlighter or a lighter blonde to see how they compare to cover roots products. Shiny HairThe colour is really natural, a great match and has left my hair shiny and well conditioned. The whole package is very good value too as comes with a brush, gloves, shampoo and conditioner. Overall it’s been a very positive experience, and I’ll definitely be ordering again. Gave me hot rootsI was very disappointed with eSalon colour. I gave all the details of my usual root touch ups but this product was too light and gave me hot roots. I used the online system to get advice and someone supposedly adjusted the colour for next time but there was no refund or apology and it didn’t look like the colour had been adjusted properly so I was likely to have hot roots again. I have also used the Tints and contrary to the claims, these products are very harsh on my fine hair and eSalon has trashed my hair! Thanks to eSalon I have joined the ranks of Lockdown hair disasters. I wish I hadn’t bothered. If you regularly use harsh chemicals or styling irons on your hair and suffer with breakage/ splitting anyway then you will probably find these products fine but if you know how to care for your hair and have a hairdresser that knows how to protect your hair during treatments you will regret going to eSalon!!!
