WrongI asked for mulberry burgundy and ended up with chocolate brown. I’ve had red hair 25 years and now suddenly I have brown hair. Not happy. I’ve been using esalon since 2015. In the last year and a half (maybe a bit longer), the color formulas are not good. I asked for rich red and I get joker red with strawberry blond roots. Color was okay.The color was perfect for my ends and darkened my hair beautifully, but I feel like the color did not cover my roots well. It did a great job blending away the few greys I did have, which was wonderful, but I could still visibly see a color difference in the growth of roots from my past professional salon visit. I always like to have my color be rich and slightly darker than my natural color, and it definitely picked up on my ends, but did not properly lift on my roots. Overall, it looks nice, but I am disappointed about my roots. I was really looking for that deep blue-black color. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
