The Best!I am 74 years old. I have home colored and salon colored my brown hair for decades. My roots are 90% white now and quite resistant. Because of covid I needed to go back to home coloring. I tried your heavily advertised competitor. It was so-so but pretty expensive. I tried a couple of famous off the shelf brands with flat, monochromatic results and poor white coverage. My hair was somewhat dry and brittle. Today I followed your directions and VOILÀ!! My shoulder length hair is silky and shiny and supple. The light brown covered my roots in 30 minutes. Saved a bunch of money by switching to esalonI am so pleased with the color. With all the lock downs I waited and waited for the salon to reopen but they kept pushing the dates back. I was so grey I wouldn't leave the house. I colored my hair today and crossed my fingers. I have to say I look just like I left the salon but this time with money in my pocket. This will be the only way I color my hair from now on, that is, if the color lasts and doesn't fade. That's still to be determined. My daughter who's 12 said it looks great, just like the salon does it and the color was perfect. Cant wait to see how it holds up in the next few weeks before my next shipment. Dried out hairI color my hair fairly often. I do it all at home and have gotten pretty good about it. One of my bottles leaked upon shipment and customer service was great about shipping a replacement. However I am impatient and wanted to try it. One bottle should be more then enough I thought. I asked for dark brown to cover crayon red. It turned out almost ash black and so dry. I lost a ton of hair upon rinsing. Mind you, my hair has been thru so many colors I know about how much I lose. I lost more with this color then when I went platinum blond. And that was rough for my hair. The smell was horrible and one bottle was not enough for all my hair. I have used box color, and one box usually does it with some left over. Never have I experienced such an awful smelling color with the exception of bleach. So now I have mostly ash black dry as can be hair. It seems more damaged then before I aimed to go back to natural colors. My pink, platinum and crayon reds have produced healthier hair. It is sad that box dye would have been a better choice for me. I will be using the replacement bottle to fill in the parts of hair that went uncolored during the first attempt because the color "should" be an exact match. Hopefully it does not dry out anymore then I have experienced. Hopefully it'll fade close to my natural color and I can get it healthy again.
