Amazing formula that actually covers gray hair!I was using another online service and it failed to cover my grays! Every time I tried to talk to them about this they just recommended I go darker and darker because that would totally work to cover my silver hairs that I’ve had since I was 20! So goodbye MR and hello Esalon! This is actually a mixture made for my hair and I was astonished by the short amount of time it took to fully color my hair! Finally colored my hair.So my daughter colored my hair from a kit I ordered online. It's custom made by answering questions. By picking out what type of tones you like to match your skin, eyes, age and even personality! Warm, cool, dark, lite ect. Kit has everything included. So for those of you who don't want to go out and about. And are bold enough to color at home this is for you! It's called ...esalon.. I'll let you know how it works out as time goes by! Wow. Great productThis hair coloring product doesn’t cause dryness to my hair. The color is long lasting and looks fresh till the next coloring cycle about one and a half months later. Great hair color, problems with shippingI really like the hair color and the support I have had with getting it right. But I have had a terrible time with shipping. Two of my orders have been "lost" in the shipping process. I live between two different states, but I have been very clear and have had confirmation of the address for my orders. Yet, the ones going to Houston just don't get there. It has made it very inconvenient to have my hair colored consistently, the way I like it. I don't know what to do. As of now, I still have one lost in the mail and the replacement has not made it in over a week. I keep contacting them. I still don’t have my color after 15 days. No one answers my messages for customer support. I have written a number of them and all I get back is a canned email saying someone will get back to me as soon as possible. There is supposedly a number to call “only if you need help right away”, which is odd. It does not even allow time to leave a name and phone number before it disconnects. Don’t even dream of talking to someone. I have tried and tried to reach someone for help. I’m tired of it. I still want the color that has been charged to me. Then I believe it’s time to go to Madison Reed. There is a lack of support, communication, and general caring here. Maybe they were inundated with orders during the pandemic, but they have had time to adjust now. I recommend going elsewhere. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
