I was skepticalI don’t really write reviews, but this was worth it. I’m trying to grow my hair out at the moment so therefore don’t want to ruin my hair with coloring. But I was desperate to go darker, after some research I stumbled upon e-salon and I’m glad I did. It’s so easy, I wasn’t sure when I got an email saying they’d adjusted my color because they thought that what I had preferenced would be too dark. I’m pleased they did this. The color they sent me is great, the whole process is wonderfully easy and seamless, delivery was quick. Perfect color!I asked for this color to be a bit darker, and I got exactly what I asked for. It was spot on the color i was looking for. Honestly amazingThe service was no 1, the colour just perfect. I was skeptical but it was an amazing experience all around. I highly recommend. Don’t forget to add a photo. Surprised!!I really like this product a lot more than I thought! I’m going on today to make my color a little darker, however this is no fault of Esalon. I had my hair highlighted before I first started this. My only concern is that this last time I did my hair I noticed some irritation burning feeling as my scalp is very sensitive. And my scalp itched from being so dry fir a couple weeks after Hoping I won’t have to stop due to this issue. But willing to try again & we’ll see with this next try. If it happens again I’ll have to stop and go back to the hair dresser😕 Otherwise, I’d definitely rate this a 4 star possibly 5 stars as I absolutely LOVED IT AFTER MY FIRST TRY ❤️ 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. It is getting better.I was impressed with the first application. It was easy to apply and the color on top was perfect. The second second set was darker and more even. The third has lighten up a little, but it is all even through out. I am pleased with the evening of the color top to bottom.
