DONTWent through the process etc. Sent pics. Even stated do NOT want any red tones what so ever. MY HAIR CAME OUT RED. Has been a nightmare and I look awful. Waiting for them to send me out somethign to "fix" my hair. Its already darker than I wanted but they are sending me something that is slightly darker to cancel the red. HUGE NIGHTMARE. Wow,wow,wow...Best home job ever. Just like the hairdresser except better because hubby didn’t charge me for labor. Hair feels great and looks shiny . Delighted. Definitely need someone to help put it on but so worth it. If I could get hubby to do a crash course on cutting hair now I’d never go back to a hairdresser.
