Easy process but didn’t smell goodThe process was just as easy as before(my 12 year old daughters do it for me), but the smell was much stronger this time. Did not cover greysDisappointed. Took many weeks to arrive so ended up buying drugstore colour instead due to timing. Then once I used this product it did not cover grey very well at all. Great colorEasy to use and ALL needed items have been provided. Gave only 3 stars because product was too drying on my hair!! Limited gray coverageI really enjoyed the supplies that the kit produced - the consistency of dye, the multiple pairs of gloves, the stain guard, and the stain removal pad. However it is did not cover my gray at the roots like I had requested. This was extremely problematic for me as a first time customer, long time hair colorist. I was really disappointed as I was excited by the promise of gray coverage provided by the manufacturer as well as the spokesperson Brad Mondo. I did like the actual color that stood on the rest of my heart. It is a softer black which I appreciated.
