Did not colour my greyI coloured my roots last night and I'm so disappointed with the results.Im still grey. I have used this product several times before and always had great results, so not sure what has happened this time as I follow the instructions to the letter. I emailed the Company but had a reply stating next time I order my colour they will change the formula so the grey will be covered,but I'm not happy about that as I stated in the questionnaire that may main concern was covering my grey. I won't be ordering any more products from e salon. I was prepared to pay a lot more than other hair colouring products because of the quality however I am extremely disappointed with the results so will not be re ordering 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Outstanding service from start to finish..I recommend using e salon 100% not only is the service amazing, but the quality of the hair colour and the end result is impeccable. I have gone a red colour after being blond all my life and I absolutely love it.. I can't wait to tweek it even more red next time.. LoveThis color is beautiful. Adds shine and covers grays. The color stays vibrant for many weeks. I am sorry for waiting so long to order this. i will never go to the salon for color again.
