The problem with single processWell, I went from dishwater blond with faded, grown out highlights to 100% dishwater with a goldfish hue. Blondes need highlights to provide texture. Color washed outI applied the custom color, color matched my current color perfectly. Unfortunately after the 2nd washing (and I was using the provided shampoo), I noticed grey areas showing through all over my head. I have never had issues covering my greys with cheap drugstore brands or other professional dyes. Very disappointed! I messaged eSalon and was told my color would be adjusted for the next order but I needed to re-dye my hair to cover it NOW so I went with another brand. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love the customer service, love the kits, hate the dyeThe hair dye with this company is so orange, even though I ordered the most ashy colour available. I've also adjusted the colour, which added more ash, and the colour is still very orange. Not enough dye.I cannot even try this because 8oz of color is not enough for my long thick hair. I use at least 10-10.5 oz of hair dye. When I purchase hair dye at Sallys supply store I buy 4-5 bottles. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color Is Fading Too QuicklyI noticed after my color in January that my grays were showing through very quickly like - within five days of coloring. This has never happened before with your product. I’ve always gotten three weeks out of my colors. I just died my hair last Wednesday. It’s now Sunday and my grays are showing through especially around my face. I’m not sure what you are doing differently in my color but I would love for it to go back to the quality that it was before. I will give this one more shot before I cancel my subscription. Store bought vs e salonI have been coloring my hair for years using store bought because it was convenient. Came across esalon and gave it a try. I love it!!
