First time to use this color and it's PERFECT!!I've been having to use box colors the past few years and my hair was SO DRY and the color was flat and dull and I just used my eSalon color for the first time and it covered my grays perfectly, and my hair is so silky and shiny....I am just thrilled and will keep using it! Colours not as expectedI have tried two colours now to achieve a cool dark/medium blonde on my roots to match up with some blonde highlights I have and I first went a light ginger then the corrected colour sent to me has given me a dark ginger. Very cross as I explained to various people before I bought that I don’t want this to happen. I am naturally dark blonde and wanted to lighten my hair a bit but to blonde not ginger! I wouldn’t recommend using if you want a blonde finish as there is so much warmth in their colours.
