Wrong colorThe initial picture showed a purple color and that was what I wanted. The first bottle wasn't it so they sent me a second bottle to try to fix it but its still not right. grey hair are still hereI just got the same result as the DIY hair colours I buy over the counter, only this one took much more of my time because of all the steps, and more expensive. I followed all the steps religiously and applied more on the grey hair, but when I rinsed and dried my hair, I was still seeing my grey hair being only shyly dyed and translucid, but visible. Not the colour I wanted at allI was supposed to be going copper as my hair was over processed blonde and very damaged looking. My hair is now cherry red, without a hint of copper or even auburn. I am very disappointed as this service comes highly rated for so many, especially for copper and red tones.
