Salon quality without the costMy color was near perfect and I thought I'm going to change it on the second-order and I'm not going to get what I want. WRONG! It was exactly what I wanted. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that I am getting a quality product, at a great price. The process is easy, it doesn't leave my hair smelling like chemicals for days. CoverageI started at my roots and the middle and the sides which are the worst it left a lot of grey didn’t cover very well, the product itself was nice thick and tools were great low smell and was a great match for color. Not happyI've been with you guys for almost a year. My last order was sopost to have a dark brown with a cherry red look to it. It just looks brown and has no red to it. The box also came almost destroyed in My mail box on the very last day it could have been expected. Normally my colour looks great. The colour did not match the advertised exampleI ordered dark blonde permanent colour and It didn’t make any difference to my hair. I send pictures to my colourist so if they knew the colour I chose is the same colour as my current one they should have told me or advised me I guess:( I don’t want to be that customer but I was left very disappointed with the outcome. Does not cover Grey wellI'm very Disappointed in my over color and coverage. I left the roots on for 5 minutes more than suggested to make sure the coverage was proper. I made a point in my color selection to ask for the best color that doesn't give any red at all & they suggested the darkest brown, it definitely has a red cast to it. Love the colorI absolutely love the color. Only problem I have is the color faded fast, within 2 weeks, on my ends. It did not cover all my grey hair, and my roots are much darker then my ends. Once my color is fixed, I’ll update 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
