I wanted blonde I got brunette with redTerrible product, I got a totally wrong product from blonde to brown/red then after several washed went dark bright ginger. I contacted Esalon to be told to get rid of the red I would have to go darker again ! terrible terrible customer service staff had no idea at all and I also got a reply in French not English.
