What an awful customer service!I finally purchased this product, after so many adverts on my Facebook feed saying how awesome iit is. Result is so much darker than any professional hair dyes that I had to remove the colour. I placed another purchase with a different colour, a lot lighter. They sent me the first colour again. When I reached out, I was told I had done something wrong. BeautifulI ordered my hair colour January 2021.I was so nervous once it arrived. When ever I box dye my hair it takes at least 4 boxes due to the thickness and length of my hair . I took the plunge and went for it . The colour was a match and my hair looks amazing .Not a grey hair in sight. My hair is shiny.
