I love my colorAt first I started using box coloring you can get at the grocery store, it was just okay. I really wasn’t happy because my hair always looked so dull and lifeless. Then I paid a fortune at the salon, that really didn’t make me happy either. One day at my ophthalmologist’s office I saw a lady with the most beautiful red hair. When I complimented her on her hair color she told me it was from eSalon. I’ve been a happy customer ever since. The color experts at eSalon got my color right the first time. It was the right color and had depth and dimension that even the salon didn’t give me. Even if they hadn’t of gotten it right the first time, they would have worked with me until they did. Excellent colour, but doesn’t lastI was excited to try this as I’ve been using box dyes since I was a teenager and had never quite found the right fit. The instructions are clear and the resulting colour is excellent and exactly what I wanted. But I’m sad to say by the time the refresher came around my whole head needed doing again :( not sure if it’s due to the summer sun or what but a refresher doesn’t quite cut the mustard. Missed the markWas the first attempt at a color change. It’s definitely more blonde with the added gold but I that canceled out the copper for the red in the photos I sent. It’s just blonde now, no red/strawberry at all. I’d like to order early for the next try but would like to hear how you’d like to change it to fit the strawberry blonde color better. The bestI have been a customer since 2017, I have never had a single issue with customer service. My orders are spot on and I love that I can customize my color to be just what I'm looking for. SoftMy hair is so soft after coloring. It definitely covered my grays. I am curious to see how long that lasts. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the light brown is SO much darker than I thought it would be. I should have asked for the lightest I can go. But I do love the coverage and it has a pleasant smell. I did not use the shampoo and conditioner that came with it only because I really like my own brand so that is my reason for not commenting on that.
