Turned my roots orange!Disappointed. Whilst the packaging is really high quality and the product has left my hair in great condition I'm really unhappy with the colour. I sent photos of my 'before hair and was sent colour for my roots. I was after a pale ashy blonde to colour correct and blend with my outgrown highlights but what I now have is a very brassy/ ginger/ orange top and pale blonde highlights which were there to begin with. I've tried purple shampoo and it still looks really red. Not sure where to go from here 😪 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

What a ripoff!!40 dollars for a colour? Seriously? In the middle of the pandemic when people are losing jobs?! Are you serious? What happened to $14 which is how much the first order was? Hair colour wrongMy hair colour is totally wrong the top and roots are nearly black and my lengths are red/ pink . I asked for my hair to be one colour and because of greys for the roots to match the length in colour I'm really disappointed. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Never againI was very skeptical about this, but don't feel as I can safely see my hair stylist right now during the pandemic. They insisted I needed a light brown instead of a dark brown, and just as I suspected, it's too dark. I had specifically asked to speak to someone before they did the color, which I had thought was an option, and they ignored it. I also found it impossible to only do the two inches of gray while getting coverage all over--and so I no longer have any highlights. It's a dull boring light brown--oh, and my scalp is pink and it feels like I lost a TON of hair, something that's never happened to me before. I kept it on for exactly the 40 minutes recommended. So... bottom line extremely disappointed and can't wait to go back to a salon (safely) to get it fixed. In the meantime, I have to live with the worst hair color I've ever had since I started coloring my hair 25 years ago. (Please don't suggest a new color.
