Not what i was hoping forMy color is dull after a couple of days. The gold tones are coming through when I wanted ashy tones. Too brassy....and really one toned, not multi layered color. Great colorLove the color of doing my hair myself. So easy to use in my home & directions are clear. If need any help-they are only a phone call away. It's nice that I can send a picture to show them of any adjustments I want to make. I've been using ESalon color for a few years now & I wouldn't go back to store bought. Amazing!This service has completely changed my at home hair dye experience! Was so worried I wouldn’t be able to manage my hair colour at home after leaving my salon & going back to natural dark hair after bleach blonde but it’s been so easy! Gorgeous hair colorI asked for some adjustments to be done, lighter color. They not only made the adjustments but also mixed my coloring so it didn’t turn out brassy. Absolutely love the color. Returning to best!I have a confession to make. I thought I would try L’Oréal Paris Colorsonic and put my eSalon order on hold for a few months. Big Mistake! Colorsonic was messy and the two closest color choices were either too dark or too light. I’ve been a a member of eSalon since 2012. I missed the control and the color specially formulated for me.
