Not satisfiedI was looking for a light ash brown, dark ash blonde. My color turned out too dark and ORANGE, golden/brassy. I even used the toner rinse. This is the WORST hair color I have ever used. I didn’t even have enough color to saturate like I would’ve liked. I’ve honestly got better results with box colors. It didn't even really color my gray. The more I look at it, the worse I feel! This is going to be expensive and time consuming to fix. Never ever again would I use this brand.I would upload a pic to show how awful it looks but I don't have the option. Good original color, doesn't lastI've been dying my own hair for years, with a variety of products. The color this product achieves is great. However, I would place it more in "semi-permanent." I wash my hair every three days at the most, and after a few washes my hair color still becomes pretty drab (even using the tint rinse often.) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

no root coverage!I followed each step and when I was done with the rather lengthy process, my roots still had barely any coverage. I typically use satin hair color in a 1B and with the description of your product I was expecting an actual blue black color. This was not the case. When I was doing the questionnaire there wasn't an option to order a darker blue black color. I'm very frustrated because this process took so long and the pay off was VERY DISSAPOINTING. New to esalonReceived my colour more than a month ago, but due to home schooling I finally got round to applying the colour yesterday. The process was straight forward and easy to follow and within less than an hour it was complete. I'm am very pleased with my colour my hair feels in a good shiny condition and my previous blonde has now been toned down to a lovely warm beige blonde, it looks much nicer 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. So pleased with first-time colourThis is the first time that I have coloured my hair at home so I was a little nervous as to how it would turn out. The whole process of choosing and ordering a colour was really straightforward on the website and it was rather exciting when the box arrived with my name on the bottles! It was a bit of a faff doing the back of my shoulder length hair but the instructions were really clear and I know it will get easier with practise. I am so pleased with the strawberry blonde colour as it looks so natural and I like having the reassurance that I can ask for advice and will get an answer fairly quickly.
