Well that sucked.Definitely not customized color. They just sent me brown. I will never EVER use this again. I just wasted so much time and effort on a color that was a total flop. I don’t understand how this was customized to me at all????? My hair was very bright, fun red, I just wanted to darken my root and cover greys. I'm impressedI had never done my own color before Covid, and was scared because I didn't have a clue how to do it. I didn't want to ruin my hair which is thin and has a lot of grey. I am in my early 50's. I was really relieved when my hair turned well. So I set up auto reorder and have been doing my own for 9 months now. The color is excellent and looks natural. My hair feels healthy. I can do it myself, but it does really help that I have a mirror set up to see behind my head. It would be even easier with a friend/husband to help with the back.
