WonderfulSince lockdown I cannot go to Canada to my beloved hairdresser. He gave me my formula which you created so well, and I gained confidence coloring my own hair with your excellent videos. I find that when coloring the back, I tug the slice of hair a little to feel exactly where it is. ExcellentI was dubious about using this product and read many reviews (good and bad). I have dyed my hair at home (including using bleach) for 20 years. I'd say I'm a pretty good hand at it and have therefore only gone to a salon a few times, for colour, in my life. Don't get me wrong, I've done the mad dash drive of shame, wearing a woolly hat in summer, to the supermarket/chemist many a time! My hair, before I used this product, had a brown box dye over dry and bleached hair. I was trying to go darker but it wasn't sticking all over. It looked a bit silly to be honest! I am so very impressed with the hair colour and whole service. It arrived quickly, and clearly a lot of time and thought has gone into the packaging and branding. I initially thought there wouldn't be enough product, as my hair is shoulder length but thick, but I even had some left over. When I buy in the shop I always get two - putting the price on par with what I've just paid - and just have enough. It has turned out the exact colour I asked for! I also had a different bottle of colour for the ends, which I thought was a nice touch, and showed that the colourist understood the current colour situation of my hair when I ordered. My hair is now soft, shiny and a lovely colour. It definitely is better than shop bought and, if you follow the instructions (which are simple), I can't see how you could go wrong. The color is unevenAt first I thought the color was great. But after two or three washes I noticed I had spots of lighter color in my hair that I absolutely know I covered with great care with the color they gave me. Sent me a root color only instead of all over colorVery disappointed. I ordered an all over color and rec'd a root only coloring. No one even called me to let me know and when I called customer service they stated I ordered a root only. I ordered an allover color since I have multiple colors in the length of my hair and natural color and grays about 2 inches from roots. I have ordered previously several times under my previous name and the 2 people with customer service were not the least bit willing to correct the order issue and even told me I ordered a root only. I ordered it through a facebook advertisement for a discounted price since I had not used it in awhile and wanted to return since previous experiences were good, but not now. Wrong ColorThe July and October 2020 shipments were way to brown and didn't even show a hint of mahagony or red. So when I received the January shipment I returned it unopened as I was instructed via chat (I have the transcript if you need it). That was about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything from you all since, nor have I been given a refund or any other kind of acknowledgement or an offer for a replacement. Also the July 2020 shipment did not contain any shampoo/conditioner packets and there were no gloves in the April 2020 shipment. I haven't said anything until I my chat about 2 or 3 weeks ago. And so far the color adjustment I made at the same time has not show up yet either. If I'm going to pay that much money for hair color I would like to get the right color, and if you can't handle that I'll need to cancel any future orders. Wrong colorI just down loaded two pics the light brown is our color. The red hair is what I always use. I thought I’d get my color plugs some honey high lites. So I’m canceling my subscription. Well that sucked.Definitely not customized color. They just sent me brown. I will never EVER use this again. I just wasted so much time and effort on a color that was a total flop. I don’t understand how this was customized to me at all????? My hair was very bright, fun red, I just wanted to darken my root and cover greys.
